Hannah Gill 

Hannah has worked with Independent Property Group since 2008 as a Property Manager, Business Development Manager and currently as the Managing Director.

In her 4 years in business development, Hannah listed over 1,700 properties and received award recognition at a state and national level, including REIACT Property Manager of the Year in 2009 and 2013, REIA Property Manager of the year in 2014 and LPMA’s Excellence in Business Development in 2014 & 2015.

Hannah speaks at conferences across Australia on topics of rent roll growth, goal setting, leadership, client experience and property management best practice.

Passionate about professional development, Hannah has completed her Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, Diploma in Leadership & Management and the Australian Institute of Company Directors course. She currently sits on the board for REIACT and Independent Property Group.

 

 

Session Overview

Content will be broken into 2 key sessions. The first part will be an overview of:

- the changing industry landscape and threats/opportunities we will face as BDs

- how we can (and need to be) increasingly adding value and remaining relevant, through service delivery, key offerings, innovation and technology

- tips on how to continue generating income and upholding fees despite these challenges

After lunch will be more about goal setting, and managing our time to ensure we can achieve those goals. It will include:

- understanding the numbers we need to hit in appraisals, prospecting etc to ensure we create enough pipeline work to achieve our targets

- ideas around how we can get significant growth quickly through the right partnerships

- structuring our week for the most effective outcomes
